DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that it is very important that you allow yourself plenty of time when ordering your gown, this will avoid the disapointment of not receiving your gown/dress on time. All of our gowns are custom made to order and are NOT in stock. Although we have a quicker turn around time than most stores you will still need to leave ample time for your gown to be made, shipped and processed.
Bridal Gowns take approximately 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered, however, please note that this is just a guide, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. This is due to conditions which are out of our control such as shipping companies, couriers and extreme weather events etc. We highly recommend that you place your order as soon as possible!!. We recommend that you place your order at least 1 months in advance, This allows ample time before your wedding to have any alterations made and allow you to match accessories such as flowers, shoes and jewellery.
Bridesmaids/Some Formal Dresses/Flower Girls/Mother of the Bride Dresses usually take less time than bridal gowns. They take approximately 3 weeks, your order will need to be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. Please note that these times should only be used as a guide and your order should be placed as soon as possible to avoid late arrival of your gown. Any order that does not allow ample time will be cancelled (this does happen from time to time because some people leave their ordering to the very last minute).
The most common question we are asked is "What is the latest time I can place my order as I am in the process of losing weight?". We understand that everyone wants to look their best on such an important day, and who wouldn't! A lot of our customers wish to lose weight before their wedding/special ocassion, however, you still need to allow ample time before ordering. Never order a gown that does not currently fit you in the hope that you will have lost enough weight to fit into it by your big day. It is far easier and cheaper to have a gown taken in than let out. Also, organising your big day is stressful enough without having to worry about fitting into a gown that does not currently fit you. This is only going to stress you and everyone else out. We highly recommend that you choose the size you will currently fit and have the dress made in a corset back. The corset back will allow you to adjust the size by 4-5 inches (almost one full dress size). This way if you continue to lose weight you can pull the ties in and your gown will still fit and will ultimately save you the cost of having your gown altered.
