True Love Wedding Dress prides itself on providing the highest possible customer service in order to give our customers a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience.  As part of our commitment to customer service we provide a totally free colour sample service to potential customers.  The samples that you receive will allow you to feel the quality of the fabrics used in the production of your gown/s and also allow you to see the tones and shades of the colours however, it should be noted that some colours will differ due to different dye batches and fabric weaves. This means that we can never guarantee that the tone/shade of your sample will be exactly the same as your gown/s final tone/shade. The samples are simply to be used as a guide only.It should also be noted that it can be quite difficult to picture what a gown will look like from a small sample. In some cases the finished gown will look darker or lighter than the sample. True Love Wedding Dress, will however guarantee that if you order a pink gown for example that you will infact receive a pink gown. It should also be noted that if you are purchasing a gown with two different fabrics such as satin and chiffon there may also be a slight colour variation, the colours will be matched as closely as possible. Customers that are ordering multiple gowns (such as bridesmaid dresses) should place one order only as all gowns are cut and produced from the same roll of fabric, this will then ensure that all the tones and shades are identical.
